Attention research

Human performance and reliable perception of environment considerably depend on whether and how attention is involved in cognitive information processing. We investigate some of these effects.

Studies of visual attention carried out in our lab are realized in the context of some well known experimental paradigms: visual search, spatial precuing of covert attention, object substitution masking, visual crowding, attentional blink, in-stream selection of targets in RSVP, etc.
